Refund Policy

At Gehne Shehne, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged upon delivery. To qualify for a refund or replacement, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at Gehneshehne@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Please note that all other sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than damage.
